Pentart Heavy Body Gel Matte is a water-based, thick gel that dries giving an opalescent effect. It's a perfect medium to create structures and can be used with stencils or as a glue for mixed-media projects. It bonds to any surface and can be coloured with Transparent Pigments, Pigment Powders and Mineral Powders. It remains flexible when dry.
